Introduction

The primary role of the CX B2B Specialists is to support our wholesale account managers in building and maintain strong relationships with our B2B customers through proactive communication and delivery of exceptional customer experience. The role will also include providing administrative support with project and operational tasks connected with our wholesale business channel.

The role will begin in the Customer Experience team where you will have the opportunity to learn about our products and brand and have the opportunity to work directly with our B2B customers under the guidance of our Head of Customer Experience.

From here there will be opportunities to expand into the Wholesaler team working directly to support our key account manager and the potential of growing into a sales role.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Managing the B2B customer channel in our ticket platform, enhancing maintaining and their experience. Backfill B2C experience.
  • Creating strong feedback loops with wholesale customers, account managers and the CX team to continually optimize the True Wholesale Experience.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement solutions to prevent recurring problems.
  • Assisting account managers with administrative tasks such as planograms, new line forms, price list updates, report generation, and data extraction.
  • Managing new account applications within our sales system and e-commerce platform. Facilitating a smooth transition for all new accounts by introducing them to their designated Account Manager
  • Efficiently handling incoming purchase orders submitted by clients. Ensuring seamless stock management and promptly addressing any stock related issues, with transparent communication to clients. Proactively pursuing outstanding bank deposit payments in collaboration with the relevant accounts team
  • Assisting with data collection connected with key accounts, segments (gym, pharmacy, allied health and other) and departmental results. Coordination of data for reporting to various committees and monthly management meetings.
