Khan is a CrossFit athlete who lives in Sydney and, on top of competing full time, currently is studying an honours degree in Psychology. Khan also owns a gym Play Movement Co., coaches, and is a keynote speaker. In addition, Khan runs workshops on training, coaching, competing, mindset and mental health all over the world.
Khan has been competing in CrossFit for 6 years. He has competed at regionals all six years and at the games four times.
How often do you train?
This varies throughout the competition season, in the off season I train 5 or 6 days a week for 2-3 hours, leading in to and during competition season that increases to 3-5 hours, 6 days per week. During competition season I treat training and recovery like a full-time job.
How do you take your supplements?
I am a sucker for treats, so I love my Mug Cake (I typically pop a double serve in a bowl and make "bowl cake" for dessert most nights). I also sip Endurance during long training sessions (in summer those "sips" become more and more like gulps haha). After training, I either have True Post or WPI90.
What is your favourite True supplement?
Hands down the Mug Cake!
