Bree Masters is an Australian Beach Sprinter and Flagger from the Gold Coast. She trains 6 days a week on the track, sand and in the gym, to sprint across the sand as quick as she can. Bree competes in Surf Life Saving competitions and has been honoured to race for her state and country during her career. In Surf Life Saving Bree has achieved world titles individually and within a team and travelled the world doing so.

I train 6 days a week. Some days include 2 sessions; sprint and gym.

How do you take your supplements?
I take my supplements daily. The main supplements I use are BCAA’S, WPI90 & Night 85. I will always sip on my BCAA’S during a hard session to help to fuel my body, reduce fatigue and maintain my energy. Pineapple is my favourite flavour! I take my WPI90 generally straight after my morning sessions, and I also love to use it for my protein oats breakfast. I take my Night 85 protein after my late night sessions and mix it up with almond milk and ice! It's just like a choccy milkshake! I have this at night as Night 85 has slow releasing benefits that provide amino acids to my body for 6-8 hours whilst I sleep, which is awesome for recovery.
What is your favourite True Protein supplement and why?
I have so many favourites, it's hard to choose. However, I do love the WPI90 protein powder! I love this protein because it's super clean, high in protein and low in carbs/sugar. It tastes amazing and has awesome benefits! It's definitely my go-to protein powder.
