CJ Walker is a CrossFit Athlete. His training consists of a short AM strength sessions followed by longer skills, accessories and conditioning PM session. CJ has competed in a few CrossFit Games and loves every aspect of the lead up to competing to preparing his body for the next challenge.
How often do you train?
Depending on which part of the season I am in will depend on how much training I will need to get in but usually it will be 5-6 days a week.
For the past 3 years, I have been traveling an hour to my gym and an hour home 6 days a week just to be able to train with like-minded athletes.
Do you have a favourite training song or quotes you train by?
I stand by my belief that a decent training partner is 10 times more valuable than a coach. A training partner will hold you accountable, they will suffer in training next to you and will ride the emotional and physical rollercoaster with you.
What is your favourite True Protein supplement and why?
