How often do you train?
I train 2 times a day. My training can vary from yoga flows, swimming, running, intervals, weight training, multisports, carries and mobility work.
How do you take your supplements?
Supplements have become an everyday part of my life and nutrition. From mixing it with my normal calorie intake to optimising my performance during training.
I like to have the True Greens powder first thing in the morning with my breakfast smoothie. Which majority of the time consists of 2-3 eggs, 2-3 scoops of Greek yoghurt, banana, blueberries, a scoop of peanut butter, 1 scoop True WPI90 Rich Chocolate and Almond Milk.
I take True Pre Workout 30mins before any testing session that requires me to reach a particular intensity.
I also consistently cycle Creatine Mono with 6 weeks on 5g per day and 3 weeks off completely. Taking it on my rest days also.
True Endurance is a staple of any of my sessions that operate over 90mins. Endurance is currently my focus and intra nutrition plays a vital role to continue to operate at optimum levels. 1 scoop for 1-2 hrs of moderate training otherwise I’ll double the dosage.
