Zucchini Oatmeal

Makes 1 bowl

Ingredients

50g oats

15g chia seeds

100g grated zucchini

2 cups water (or you can use any plant milk such as almond, soy, coconut)

 

Version 1 – Golden

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp all spice powder

30g French Vanilla True Protein Vegan85

 

Version 2 – Ginger Chocolate 

1 tsp ginger powder

1 tsp maca powder

30g Rich Chocolate True Protein Vegan85

 

Method

1. Put all of the base ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil.

2. Reduce the heat to low-med and stir in the add-ins for golden or ginger-choc oats.

3. Mix and simmer until the mixture has reached the desired consistency. 

4. Transfer to a bowl and top it off with fruit and superfoods!
