Zucchini & Peanut Butter Porridge

Amy Barrett's healthy protein breakfast promises to get your day off to a great start!

Serves 2


2/3 cup rolled oats
1 scoop True Protein Peanut Butter Powder
1 cup water
1 tbsp of maple syrup or rice malt syrup
1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
1 organic zucchini, grated



1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan and stir over a low heat.

2. Allow to simmer with the lid on, adding more water if needed. Stir regularly. It takes about 15 minutes for the oats to soften
and turn creamy.

3. Serve with chopped fresh strawberries, milk of your choice and extra peanut butter.
