A Quick and Healthy Breakfast
Don't be put off by the fact these oats have zucchini in them....you can't taste it but it adds valuable nutrition and is low in calories. This is a wholesome breakfast that will keep you powering for the morning!
1 small zucchini, grated
1/2 cup True Organic Instant Oats
Pinch of Pink Himalayan Rock Salt
1/4 cup almond milk
1 dsp tahini
1 dsp Organic Chia Seeds
2 dsp Vanilla Protein Powder
2 TP scoops of True Organic Cinnamon Powder
1 punnet fresh blueberries to serve & a drizzle of maple syrup.
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a saucepan and cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the milk and stir again checking the oats & zucchini are cooked through.
Turn off and Stir through the remaining ingredients, reserving the blueberries.
Serve into two bowls and top with blueberries, maple syrup and extra milk.
