1.5 cups gluten-free flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 tsp True Protein Cacao Powder
1/3 cup vegan chocolate, chopped, plus extra for the topping
1/4 cup agave syrup
1.5 mashed bananas
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup dairy-free yoghurt
1 chia seed egg (1 tbsp of chia seeds mixed with 3 tbsp of water, left to stand for 20 mins)
1. Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and stir, then add the remaining ingredients and mix until just combined.
2. Place the mixture into a doughnut tin and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
3. Allow to cool then dunk into melted vegan chocolate for the topping. Scatter over your choice of nuts and seeds for added crunch. Enjoy!
