Turmeric Pumpkin Soup

Serves 6

Ingredients

1 onion
2 cups cooked pumpkin
3 cloves garlic
3 cups vegetable stock
1 cup of coconut milk
2 tsp True Protein Turmeric Powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Method

  1. Cook onion & garlic in a pot until translucent

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and heat until simmering

  3. Transfer into a blender and mix until smooth

  4. Serve with your favourite crusty bread
