2 scoops True Protein Peanut Butter Powder
2 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
2 cloves garlic finely grated
2 lime leaves, finely sliced
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp water
1. In a bowl add True Protein Peanut Butter Powder, hot sauce, garlic, garlic, lime leaf, True Protein Turmeric Powder, lime juice, fish sauce, water and mix well until you get s smooth sauce, add more water if too thick.
2. Spoon over chicken and marinate to make skewers with a fresh and crunchy cucumber salsa, or marinade anything you like!
3. Ideally served as a quick sauce on the side to grilled meats, fish, tofu, vegetables, rice paper rolls – use your imagination!
