2 scoops of True Protein Peanut Butter Powder
2 tbsp sriracha hot sauce
2 cloves of garlic, finely grated
2 lime leaves, finely sliced
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp water
1. In a bowl, add True Protein Peanut Butter Powder, hot sauce, garlic, lime leaves, True Protein Turmeric Powder, lime juice, fish sauce, water and mix well until you get a smooth sauce. Add more water if too thick.
2. Spoon over chicken and marinate to make skewers with fresh and crunchy cucumber salsa, or marinate anything you like!
3. Ideally served as a quick sauce on the side to grilled meats, fish, tofu, vegetables, rice paper rolls – use your imagination!
