True Double Choc Banana Bread

A delicious treat for the whole family. Keep this delicious banana bread loaf in the fridge and have something to snack on for a few days!



1/4 cup @duchocolat or more rice malt syrup (this is a cacao drink sweetened with stevia)

4 banana, overly ripe

1/4 cup coconut water

1/2 cup almond milk

1 tbsp  Organic Chia Seeds

1/4 cup True Organic Cacao

1 tbsp blackstrap molasses (optional)

1/4 cup rice malt syrup 

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp bicarb

1 tsp apple vinegar cider

3 tsp baking powder 

1 & 1/4 cup almond meal

1/2 cup buckwheat flour

1/4 cup TP True Pea Protein Isolate Pisane Vanilla or  True Vegan Complete Protein Chocolate   

45 gr @wellnaturally dark chocolate 



Combine all the wet ingredients and mix well, add dry ingredients and mix to combine.

Place in a lined loaf tin, top with extra sliced banana and bake at 160c fan forced (180c nonfan assisted), for around 1hour 20 minutes. Cool in the tin if you can resist the urge to slice it straight away!
