90g strawberries, frozen
100g banana, frozen
180g hard tofu
200ml soy milk
30g True Protein Vegan85 French Vanilla Protein Powder
Blend all ingredients until well combined.
Add more liquid until you reach the desired consistency.
Top it off with fresh fruits, chia seeds, cacao nibs, peanut butter - whatever you like; get creative!
