Three Ingredient Peanut Butter


500g dry roasted peanuts

1/4 cup True Protein MCT oil

1/4 tsp. pink Himalayan salt



  1. Place the peanuts in a food processor or blend blender and process, when it starts to form a paste add in the salt and MCT oil. Process again until you have reached the desired consistency. If you prefer a crunchy think spread limit how long you process the mixture for.

  2. Pour into a reusable 500gjar to serve and preserve.
