Strawberry Cream Smoothie Recipe

Simple, tasty and pretty! Everything a spring smoothie should be. This Recipe Serves 2. 


•    1 punnet of strawberries, washed and hulled
•    1 scoop True Whey Protein Isolate French Vanilla
•    1/2 cup greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
•    1 & 1/2 cups coconut water
•    4 ice cubes


•    First, blend the strawberries until pureed.
•    Pop rough 2 tablespoons of the puree in the base of each glass and set aside.
•    Add the rest of the ingredients to your blender.
