Summer Fruit Iceblocks

Makes 4-6

Ingredients

1 banana
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 TP Scoop True Protein Organic Beet Powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Handful of strawberries and raspberries

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz them until the mixture becomes a thick constancy

  2. Pour the mixture into iceblock moulds and pop in the freezer until completely solid
