Strawberry Cream Smoothie Recipe
If you are looking to boost your energy in the morning and increase your performance during your workouts you want to try grass fed whey protein isolate. This recipe’s key ingredient is whey protein isolate which will improve your brain functionality, prevent muscle damage and increase weight loss. Simple, tasty and pretty! • 1 punnet of strawberries, washed and hulled
• 1 scoop True Whey Protein Isolate French Vanilla
• 1/2 cup greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
• 1 & 1/2 cups coconut water
• 4 ice cubes
• First blend the strawberries until pureed.
• Pop rough 2 tablespoons of the puree in the base of each glass and set aside.
• Add the rest of the ingredients to your blender.
