Salted Caramel Thickshake

Serves 1

Nutritional Info

315 Calories (with cookie)
29g Protein
6g Fat
35g Carbs

Ingredients

50g steamed and frozen cauliflower
2 Tbsp yoghurt
1 TP scoop True Protein Collagen Salted Caramel
100g frozen banana
Handful of ice
Water
1 tsp True Protein Maca Powder
1 salted cashew caramel cookie for garnish

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy

  3. Once blended, use a jar glass and add a couple of Tbsp of yoghurt into the bottom of the glass. Then pour the smoothie mixture over the top

  4. Sprinkle with a crumbled up salted caramel cookie
