Salted Caramel Protein Oatmeal

Makes 1

Ingredients

50g oatmeal
30g Medjool dates, mashed
20g True salted caramel True Vegan85 Protein Powder
Pinch of sea salt
1 cup coconut milk

Method

1. Bring the coconut milk and medjool dates to a boil.
2. Bring the heat down to medium and add in the oats.
3. After a few minutes, stir in the protein and sea salt.
4. Transfer to a bowl and serve hot.
