Ingredients
100g unsalted butter, room temperature
¼ cup of coconut sugar
2 eggs
½ cup peanut butter
1x 30g Sample True Protein Vegan 85 Salted Caramel Protein Powder
2 Tbsp cocoa
½ cup Oat flour
1x True Protein Salted Caramel Protein Bar, thinly chopped
Method

Preheat a fan-forced oven on 180c. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper

In a mixing bowl add the butter and sugar. Using electric beaters, beat until the butter creamy and pale.

Add the eggs and peanut butter. Beat again until the mixture is well combined

Add the Vegan 85 Salted Caramel, cocoa, oat flour, and protein bar. Using a spatula, fold the dry ingredients until thoroughly mixed

Using your hands, take one tablespoon of mixture and gently roll into a ball. Place onto the prepared tray. Continue until all the cookie dough has been used. Using a fork, gently press each cookie

Bake in the oven for 14 – 16 minutes

Remove from the oven and allow to cool
