Red Velvet Protein Bowl

Serves 1

Ingredients

1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 TP scoop serving True Protein WPI90 Rich Chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp True Protein Cacao organic powder
1 tbsp True Protein Beet powder
½ cup coconut milk

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until thick and smooth

  2. Add chopped fruit of your choice, honey and desiccated coconut for garnish when plating ​
