Coconut protein layer:
1 scoop (30g) True WPI90 French Vanilla
160ml coconut milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tbsp natural nut butter
A few ice cubes
Red berry layer:
¼ cup frozen raspberries
30ml coconut milk
1. Blend all ingredients for the coconut protein layer together in a high-powered blender.
2. Pour into a glass.
3. Rinse the blender then blend all ingredients for the red berry layer together.
4. Slowly pour the red berry mixture over the coconut protein layer.
5. Garnish with fresh fruit or coconut flakes.
