Raw Chocolate Rice Bubble Slice

Makes 12

Ingredients

3 cups puffed rice wholegrain cereal
1 cup of coconut oil
3 TP scoops Cacao Powder
2 Tbsp True Natural Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp maple syrup

Method

  1. Combine the cacao powder and rice puffs in a bowl

  2. Melt the coconut oil, nut butter and maple syrup in a separate bowl

  3. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry and then place into a lined tray

  4. Set in the freezer before slicing

  5. Keep cool until ready to serve
