Raspberry and Rose Chia Jam

Looking for a healthy, natural jam? We have just the thing for you that to Amy Barrett @chocdaisy!


2 cups of frozen raspberries
2 tbsp water
1/4 scoop of Organic Chia Seeds
1 scoop of True Protein WPI90 Vanilla Powder
1 dsp rose water, optional


1. Pop the frozen raspberries in a small saucepan with the water, simmer uncovered until the liquid starts to come out of the raspberries and they soften.
2. Once the berries have broken down, take them off the heat (about 5 minutes) and add the chia seed, vanilla bean powder and set aside too cool.
3. If using the rose water add it once cooled and stir through. I don’t add sweeter, you could add a dessertspoon of your favourite liquid sweeter. I love this jam served on pikelets, on porridge or just on toast with PB.
