Protein Choc Chip Cookies

Mal V @melonruge brings us another amazing high protein vegan dessert, this time our favourite choc chip cookies!

Makes 8


1/2c vegan butter

1/4c stevia

4 tbsp soy milk 

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 vegan egg replacer

1/2c True Protein French Vanilla VEGAN85 powder

1c white flour

1/4c arrowroot (or tapioca) flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

Dairy-free choc chips (or a roughly chopped chocolate bar)



1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius

2. Cream wet ingredients

3. Combine dry ingredients to form a dough

4. Fold in chocolate or any other add-ins

5. Roll mixture into 8 balls and flatten on to a tray

6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until edges are golden

7. Transfer cookies on to a rack to cool completely
