Mocha Pro Yo Tartlets

Serves 6


1 TP scoop True Protein WPI90 Organic Coffee Mocha Protein Powder
6 Tbsp (250gms) Icelandic style Greek yoghurt
6 premade tartlet shells
50gms frozen blueberries
10gms finely chopped Peak Chocolate Bar,  to sprinkle


  1. In a large bowl, add protein powder and yoghurt. Mix well with a spatula until smooth and creamy

  2. Spoon evenly into 6 tartlet shells

  3. Top with frozen blueberries and sprinkle with chocolate shards and get fancy
