1/4 cup chia seeds
1 scoop True Matcha powder
1 cup of coconut milk
1/4 cup dried mulberries
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 blood plum diced to serve (raspberries are gorgeous too)
1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake to combine.
2. Leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning mix thoroughly and adjust if too thick with a little more coconut milk.
3. Stir through 1/4 cup of dried white mulberries. Serve in a glass topped with cacao nibs and diced plum.
