Low Carb Peanut Butter Smoothie

Looking for a tasty way to start your day? Here's a delicious (and low carb!) peanut butter smoothie recipe from Amy Barrett @chocdaisy.

 

Ingredients

Makes 2 serves

1 tbsp True Protein Organic Cacao Powder

2 tbsp linseed

2 tbsp peanut butter

1/4 avocado

1 scoop True Protein French Vanilla WPI90 (or a replace with a vegan subsitute!)

350 ml coconut water (add more if you want it a drinking consistency)

Ice to blend

 

Method

1. Throw all of your ingredients in your blender until smooth.

2. Serve with peanut butter, strawberry and cacao nibs.
