Low Carb Peanut Butter Smoothie

Serves 2 

Ingredients

1 tbsp True Protein Organic Cacao Powder

2 tbsp linseed

2 tbsp peanut butter

1/4 avocado

1 scoop True Protein French Vanilla WPI90 (or replace with Vegan85)

350ml coconut water (add more if you want a drinking consistency)

Ice, to blend

 

Method

1. Throw all of your ingredients in your blender and blitz until smooth.

2. Serve topped with peanut butter, strawberry and cacao nibs.​
