4 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp maple syrup
Zest and juice of one lemon
3/4 cup almond meal
3/4 cup desiccated coconut
1. Place the almond butter, honey, maple syrup, lemon zest and juice into a bowl and mix to combine.
2. Add the dry ingredients and mix to combine.
3. Use your hands to work the mixture to a dough consistency.
4. Press and shape the mixture into balls and place the balls into the fridge to set.
