Layered Chia Pudding With Beetroot

Serves 1


2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
½ tsp True Protein Cinnamon powder
½ cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen banana
Frozen passionfruit
1 tsp True Protein Beet powder
¼ cup frozen mango


  1. Layer chia seeds, a dash of coconut milk and cinnamon on the bottom of a mason jar

  2. Add frozen strawberries, some banana, a dash of coconut milk, frozen passionfruit and the beet powder

  3. On top of the beet layer, add frozen mango, the remaining banana, and the remaining coconut milk

  4. Store in the refrigerator and when ready to serve top with yoghurt
