Amy Barrett @chocdaisy shares another scrumptious dessert recipe!
1 cup natural crunchy Peanut Butter
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tbsp True MCT oil
1 TP scoop True Peanut Butter powder
1 TP scoop True Maca powder
1/2 cup rice malt syrup
150 gram dark chocolate (I used 90%)
1. Warm the peanut butter and rice malt syrup in a small saucepan over low heat.
2. Stir through the coconut flour, True Peanut Butter powder, True Maca powder and lastly the True MCT oil.
3. Shape into biscuits & refrigerate until firm.
4. Dip in melted dark chocolate and onto a lined baking tray & back into the fridge to set.
