Keto Green Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients

½ tsp True Protein Matcha Powder
A handful of baby spinach leaves
1 TP scoop True Protein WPI90 French Vanilla
1 tbsp True Protein MCT Oil
½ a small avocado, peeled
½ cup almond or macadamia milk
¼ cup water, or more to desired consistency
5 ice cubes

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients in your blender until smooth, check consistency adding more water if you like a thinner smoothie​
