Keto Bircher Muesli

Serves 1


15g chia seeds
15g LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond) flour
15 desiccated coconut
5g psyllium husk
20g True Protein Vegan85
200ml coconut milk
Coconut flakes for toppings
Berries for toppings
True Protein Natural Almond, ABC and/or Peanut Butter
Coconut yoghurt for toppings
Cinnamon for toppings


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl

  2. Soak overnight or for at least 5 hours

  3. Add toppings and serve cold
