Instant Chocolate Banana "Ice-cream"

Serves 8


1kg ripe bananas, chopped and frozen
60g True Protein Vegan85 Rich Chocolate
1 Tbsp True Protein Cacao Powder
1 Tbsp cacao nibs
Fresh raspberries


  1. Moving quickly place the frozen banana pieces into a food processor along with the Rich Chocolate powder and cacao powder. Pulse on high for approx. 1 minute or until the banana turns into a creamy mixture

  2. Using an ice-cream scoop, scoop the ice-cream into cones and sprinkle with cacao nibs and fresh raspberries
