Enhances Athletic Performance

When it comes to athletic performance, a compound called Nitrate is where the beetroot really comes into its prime. Upon consumption, nitrate is converted to Nitric Oxide. Nitric Oxide (NO) works as a vasodilator, opening blood vessels and allowing for greater amounts of blood and oxygen to be delivered to muscles around the body.

Greater blood and oxygen flow to the muscles > easier to produce energy > delayed onset of fatigue.

When to Use it

True Protein Beet Powder is a quick and convenient way to get the benefits of the beetroot without the hassle of having to juice it yourself. Add it to your next pre-workout smoothie, or have it by itself with water 30 minutes before training.
