Every now and then, you just need a little bit of chocolate, right? Well, these treats only take 5 minutes to make and are a much better option than reaching for that sugar-laden chocolate bar at 3pm!
- 2 scoops True Whey Protein Concentrate - Rich Chocolate
- 1/2 cup of softened coconut oil
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup True Organic Raw Cacao Powder
- 1 teaspoon True Organic Vanilla Powder
- 2 tablespoons honey or rice malt syrup
- A pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Spoon mix into muffin liners and place in the fridge until set.
You'll need to keep them in the fridge until ready to eat so they retain their consistency.
