1 cup hazelnuts
1 - 1½ cups maple syrup
1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend until a spredable paste is formed.
2. Process for longer to create a smooth texture. I stopped mine a bit after "chunky" so that there are still little bits of hazelnut pieces.
3. Scoop into a jar and store in the fridge until ready to use.
On toast, in oatmeal or my favourite way, straight out of the jar - yum!
