This great green smoothie recipe comes from the amazing Amy Barrett @chocdaisy.
1 TP scoop True Protein French Vanilla WPI (or a replace with a vegan subsitute!)
1 dessert spoon True Protein Maca Powder
Handful of baby spinach leaves
3 kale leaves
1 frozen banana or 1/2 banana & 1/2 frozen zucchini
2 tsp tahini
1/4 of an avocado, optional
1 handful sunflower seeds
1 & 1/2 cups coconut water
1/2 tsp Spirulina powder
Ice to blend
Throw everything in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
