Green Smoothie for Two

Getting enough nutrients can be hard when you're time poor or eating out alot.  Why not get a great start to your day with this nutrient dense and deliciously filling green smoothie designed by Amy @chocdaisy


1/2 frozen banana
1 desertspoon maca powder
1 desertspoon True Organic Chia Seeds
6 spiralina tablets or 1 desertspoon True Organic Greens Powder
1 tbsp Organic Matcha Green Tea powder
1 scoop Whey Protein Concentrate (NZ) French Vanilla flavour
1 cup cashew milk or milk of your choice
1/2 avocado
1 cup ice


Whizz the lot together in a blender and top with your favourite toppings such as coyo, blueberries or granola.
