Try this latest creation from Amy @chocdaisy. It's a lovely way to get your day off to a good start.
1/2 green apple
1/4 frozen banana
1 tbsp hemp seeds or True Organic Chia Seeds
1tbsp True Whey Protein Concentrate French Vanilla
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp True Organic Greens Powder
1 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
1 kale leaf
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 coconut water
1/4 cup coconut cream or yogurt
Small handful of ice
Here's the simple bit - throw everything in a high powered blender until smooth!
