Matcha Green Tea

What is it? – Known for its mind improving and energy providing qualities, Matcha Green Tea is an antioxidant superfood sourced from Japan. Numerous studies suggest that Matcha can boost your metabolism during moderate-intensity exercise, subsequently enhancing weight loss. Drinking one cup of Matcha is the equivalent of drinking 3-5 cups of green tea.

When should you use it? – When to consume Matcha is very much down to personal preference. Try consuming it instead of your daily tea, or whenever feels most comfortable to you.

Tip - If you’re not much of a tea drinker, don’t stress, matcha can be incorporated into your diet in a number of ways, including in protein balls and smoothies.
