Christmas Protein Bliss Balls

Here is an assortment of Christmas inspired protein bliss balls. Brought to you by @melongrouge

 

Base mixture ingredients:


1.5c almonds

1/4c True Cacao powder

12 pitted medjool dates

2 tbsp chia seeds

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.

2. Split mixture into 3.

3. Flavour balls as according to below:

 

Matcha

1. Add 1 tbsp True matcha powder and 1 tsp True Maca powder to the mixture.

2. Roll into ~30g balls and dust with True Matcha powder.

 

Acai-Vanilla

1. Add 5 tbsp soy milk, 2 tbsp True VEGAN85 in French Vanilla and 1 tbsp True Acai powder to the mixture.

2. Roll into 30g balls and roll into True Beetroot powder.

 

Chocolate PB

1. Add 5 tbsp True Peanut butter powder and 5 tbsp soymilk to mixture.

2. Roll into 30g balls and roll into True Cacao powder
