Makes 10 bars
1 ½ cups rice puffs
1 ½ cups rolled oats
½ cup roasted peanuts
2 tbsp True Organic Cacao Powder
2 TP scoops Vegan 85 Protein Powder Rich Chocolate
½ tsp salt
1/3 cup True Natural Peanut Butter
½ cup rice malt syrup
¼ cup True Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil
Place the rice puffs, oats, peanuts, protein powder, cacao powder and salt into a large bowl and mix together.
In a saucepan, melt peanut butter, coconut oil and rice malt syrup over a medium heat until everything is melted and a smooth consistency has formed. Stir occasionally to ensure that the bottom doesn’t burn. Allow this mixture to cool for 5 minutes.
Once the peanut mixture has cooled, pour it over the dry ingredients and fold through until everything is evenly coated.
Press the mixture into a medium sized tray lined with baking paper and place into the fridge to set for 2 hours before cutting into desired sized bars.
