Carrot Cake Batter Smoothie Bowl

Serves 2


1 organic carrot

1/4 cup walnuts

1 tbsp organic chia seeds

1/2 cup True Instant Oats or gluten-free oats 

1.5-2 cups cashew milk, depending on what consistency you prefer

2 tsp True Protein Organic Cinnamon Powder

1 inch fresh turmeric

1/2 inch fresh ginger

1/4 tsp ground cardamom 



 1. Throw everything in a high powered blender until smooth.

2.  Top with coconut yoghurt, bee pollen and ground turmeric.
