Beetroot Hummus

Sophie Roselt brings us another delicious healthy treat with this moreish beetroot hummus.

1 tin organic chickpeas
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp True Protein Beet Powder
2 lemons, juiced
1 tsp unhulled tahini
Salt
Pepper

1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blitz until well combined.
2. Serve with raw veg sticks or crackers.
