1 TP scoop True Beet Powder
1 TP scoop Peanut Butter Powder
1 TP scoop Vegan 85 Vanilla Protein
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
300 ml coconut water
2 tbsp linseed meal
1. In a blender start with your coconut water, then powders & linseed and top with frozen fruit.
2. Blend on high till smooth and creamy
