2 tsp True Protein Beetroot Powder
1.5 cups cashews
l/2 cup desiccated coconut
3 tbsp True Protein WPI90 or Vegan85 French Vanilla protein powder
1 cup dates (soaked in water for 5 minutes)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp rice malt syrup
2 tbsp water
1.Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend together.
2.Transfer the mixture into a bowl and roll into balls using the palm of your hands.
3.Freeze for half an hour before serving.
