Beet Bliss Balls

Looking for something different to snack on!? Try these tasty dairy-free Beet Bliss Balls!

Ingredients

1 cup cashews
8 dates
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 teaspoon True Beet Powder
2 teaspoons of honey
1 cup of oats
1/2 cup pomegranate
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/3 cups of cacao nibs

Method

Place all the ingredients except the desiccated coconut in the blender and blend until it is a thick paste.
Place a small amount of batter into your hand and roll into a ball.
Then roll the ball into a bowl of desiccated coconut.
