Beet, Berry & Matcha Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients 

1 scoop Vanilla True Whey Protein Isolate

100g True Instant Oats

1 scoop Matcha Green Tea Powder

100g mixed berries

200g Greek or coconut yoghurt

1 raw baby beetroot, chopped

250ml coconut water

 

Method

1. Mix all ingredients together in a high powered blender. If you don't have a high powered blender, grate the beetroot first.

2. Blend and enjoy.
