Ingredients
250g strawberries, hulled
2 cups raw cashews
8 fresh dates
Organic vanilla powder
2 tbsp cacao butter, melted
Pinch of pink salt
1/4 cup coconut flour + 1 tbsp
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp True WPC80 French Vanilla
Desiccated coconut to roll
Method

Whizz cashews till fine in food processor then pop them into a bowl.

Next whizz dates to a paste, add strawberries and whizz till smooth.

Pop the nuts, vanilla, chia seed, cacao butter & coconut flour and whizz to combine.

Roll into balls and then in coconut, refrigerate to firm.
