Strawberry Bliss Balls

Makes approx.8-10


250g strawberries, hulled

2 cups raw cashews

8 fresh dates

Organic vanilla powder

2 tbsp cacao butter, melted

Pinch of pink salt

1/4 cup coconut flour + 1 tbsp

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp True Whey Protein Concentrate French Vanilla

Dessicated coconut to roll


  1. Whizz cashews till fine in food processor then pop them into a bowl.

  2. Next whizz dates to a paste, add strawberries and whizz till smooth.

  3. Pop the nuts, vanilla, chia seed, cacao butter & coconut flour and whizz to combine.

  4. Roll into balls and then in coconut, refrigerate to firm.
